We live in the country so we enjoyed Silviano's place being out a ways. It was actually fairly convenient to both Round Top and Lagrange which was out intention for out stay. Silviano is very quick to respond and helpful. Something to point out is, it is in the country so be aware of your surroundings we saw a copperhead snake on the porch one night and spring is coming on and the red wasps were trying to build under the deck steps. I had a blast at the container house which has a deck beautifully done. Super cozy, clean, well maintained and decorated, organized and more than anything peaceful. Internet was super fast. I don't know where to start to accurately describe how fantastic this past weekend was at Silviano's place. We wanted something remote, and I needed to escape computers and personally unplug. It was such a special place, indeed. It's as if you were at an upscale \campsite\ with a beautiful wooded remote area but exceptionally well-appointed and pristine inside and minutes from small towns. After a glass of wine near the fire, Netflix was great in the late evenings. My husband can get a bit claustrophobic, and with the large doors with reflective private glass, it was like having the outside space inside and much more open than you can ever imagine in a container space! Silviano was very responsive in communicating with us and checking in on us. He truly loves his spaces, which is evident from his TLC of the sites. If you want an eclectic stay off the beaten path, this is your jam AND a short drive to some incredible places. I'll go back for a writing retreat on my own very soon!

This was our first time to stay in a shipping container! It was great! The surroundings were beautiful. The cows and the goats were very entertaining. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed staying at the container home and thought the use of space was really creative and the big deck was a great place to hang out. We were there on a cold night below freezing and it was nice and warm in there. It was nice to be able to bring our pets. We enjoyed seeing the cows and goats.

The place was exactly as pictured! Everything was very clean and easy to find. Its a great place thats not far from Round Top and Brenham. Loved being able to watch the cows and goats on the property. Host is very quick to respond and clear with instruction for arrival and departure. Would stay again. We enjoyed how private it was even when other visitors stayed in the other place on the property.

All the contemporary furnishings were carefully and artistically chosen for the container nestled amongst the trees. The matress, pillows, sheets, and towels were all very comfortable. The well designed huge deck and steps were so beautiful. I enjoyed seeing the neighbors goats (and cows ) when they settled for the night nearby. The location brought back childhood memories of my parents farm. We went to Bugle Boy just down the road and took the opportunity to hike through historic Monument Hill. Yes, I loved my first experience with Nespresso coffee and am missing it since Ive returned home. We appreciate his friendly and quick responses to our questions. He is a great host. Thank you for a relaxing weekend.

Silviano's container home was perfect for our Round Top antique festival overnight, and it felt like you are nestled in the woods and very peaceful. You have everything that you might need available and most things are within 15-30 minutes driving. It's got a nice minimalist design and feels brand new. If you like a firm bed, it's perfect! It is good to note that there is another unit that shares the same parking space and is nearby, so you aren't completely alone if that's what you're looking for.

Silviano's place is truly a gem between Nechanitz and La Grange. Be sure to take advantage of all the surrounding area has to offer, especially his beautiful deck and atmosphere that comes along with. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, and the place is spotlessly clean. It’s an ideal spot if you want to explore nearby towns like La Grange, Round Top, Fayetteville, & Brenham. I wish I had time to roll out those yoga mats before I left, so if you get the chance to visit, please do that for me with your Nespresso in reach. :)

We loved it!!! Perfect spot for our adventures in Round Top and it was perfect. Very private and peaceful surroundings. Had everything we needed and the Nespresso coffee provided topped it off. We brought our dog and she loved her walks on the property. The bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect. Wish it wasn’t too cold and we would have enjoyed the deck.
